Program Overview:
What this is: A 4-month, high-impact group program designed exclusively for women who want to advance their career in the beauty industry. 

Program Duration: January 28th – May 27th

Program Eligibility
The Beauty Career Accelerator is specifically designed for women who work behind the brands in the beauty industry.

This includes professionals in:

  • Beauty brands
  • Manufacturing
  • Consultants
  • Agencies

This program is not designed for front-line service providers or other surface-based roles such as hairstylists, aestheticians, or makeup artists. The content, strategies, and coaching are tailored to those driving careers and operations from within the corporate, product, and brand side of the industry.

Professional Service Fees

The investment is $1,997 to join the Beauty Career Accelerator.

All payments are nonrefundable – no exceptions.

Note: If you opt for an Afterpay payment plan, any issues with payment or financing are handled directly with Afterpay.

Privacy Policy

During the career coaching process, you may share sensitive or personal information. All communication is confidential and will not be shared without written consent, except as required by law.

You agree not to share recordings, proprietary materials, or intellectual property created exclusively for the Beauty Career Accelerator. Unauthorized sharing may result in legal action.

Copyright / Intellectual Property
All program materials, including live call content, recordings, proprietary documents, and resources, are the intellectual property of Elyse Conroy.

Participants may not record, redistribute, or share any content or materials outside the program. Unauthorized use will result in immediate removal from the program, revocation of access to all program materials and live calls, and no refund will be issued.

Program Timing & Access

  • Program duration: 4 months
  • Access to live calls, recordings, Slack community, and past Beauty Career Lab trainings begins immediately upon enrollment.
  • You are encouraged to engage fully and participate actively for maximum results.
  • You must be available on Wednesday’s for the live calls – if you cannot make the live call, a replay will be provided.

Live Call Replay Access
Replays of all live calls will be made available to participants who miss a session. Access to call replays and program materials is available through December 31, 2026.

Slack Channel Office Hours
Office hours for career coaching support via the private Slack channel are:

  • Monday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM PST
  • Wednesday through Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST

All messages will be responded to within these timeframes.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • All live calls will begin on time.
  • If you miss a live call, you will not be refunded.
  • Consistent participation is strongly recommended to maximize the benefit of the program.

Behavior & Community Guidelines
This program is designed to be a safe, supportive, and professional space for all participants. Respect for fellow members is required in all interactions, including the Slack community and live calls.

Sharing materials or personal details about other participants is strictly prohibited.

Any breach of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the program, revocation of access to program materials, and no refund.

Release of Liability

This is career coaching – not therapy or a job placement service. Career coaching provides guidance, strategy, and support to help you take competent action toward your career goals.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Participation in the Beauty Career Accelerator does not guarantee you will secure a job, promotion, or specific outcome.
  • Your success depends on your actions, decisions, persistence, and effort.
  • Elyse Conroy is not responsible or liable for any employment outcomes, offers, or opportunities.

You assume full responsibility for your career decisions and actions and release Elyse Conroy from any claims or liability related to employment outcomes, promotions, or income.

Force Majeure / Program Changes
Elyse Conroy reserves the right to adjust program dates, times, or content if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, technology issues, or other events beyond her control. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes.

Your Responsibility

The program provides tools, strategies, and support designed to accelerate your career. It is your responsibility to implement these strategies and take action.

Results are determined by your engagement, effort, and ability to apply what you learn.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved through neutral binding arbitration, and you agree not to pursue court intervention as an alternative.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Elyse Conroy regarding the Beauty Career Accelerator. No other promises or guarantees have been made outside of this agreement.

By enrolling in the Beauty Career Accelerator, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
