• How is she thinking, feeling, and acting?
• Who is the version of you who knows she is already good enough?
• Who is the version of you who has time to take care of herself and prioritizes her well-being?
• Who is the version of you whose nervous system feels safe, calm, and regulated?
• Who is the version of you who is highly visible, fully expressed, and no longer hiding?

The conversations that came from these questions were so honest, powerful, and moving.

I loved witnessing the connection in the room today - women opening up, rooting for each other, jumping into the chat, and reminding one another of what’s possible.
