Hi - I am Elyse.

I’ve spent two decades in beauty developing thousands of products, building brands, and helping people grow. I’ve worked at the highest levels of the industry, including Estée Lauder.

Now I’m building what I wish more women had along the way: a community where they can grow their careers together.

I’m the founder of Beauty Career Lab. In less than a year, we’ve supported more than 1,000 women through career development, events, and connection. I’m also an international keynote speaker and host of The Confidence Lounge, a global top 2% podcast.

I ask the questions that help people see what’s possible, make the big ask, and take the courageous step before they feel ready.

I bring that work to stages, companies, and brand partnerships because confidence is a competitive advantage in careers and in business.

And through everything I create, I’m working toward the same goal: making the beauty industry a better place to work from the inside out.
