From the beauty boardroom to the front lines of a family crisis, here’s why I walked away from everything to lead a confidence revolution. 

I spent 15 years leading product development, marketing, brand strategy and innovation at powerhouse beauty brands like Estée Lauder. From high-pressure boardrooms to global campaigns, I was all in - chasing the next promotion, the next win, the next version of “success.”

Then life threw me a curveball.

My dad was diagnosed with cancer and everything stopped.

Suddenly, the daily 3-hour commute, the late-night emails, the grind I thought I needed to prove my worth…none of it mattered.

I walked away from the beauty industry and into something more meaningful: A mission to help ambitious women stop running on empty and start leading with confidence, clarity, and a deeper connection to what really matters.

Now, I coach high-achieving women and consult with top beauty brands on how to build real confidence from the inside out in leadership, career growth, and communication.

I speak on stages across the globe, lead transformational retreats, and create workshops that help women reclaim their power and rise with purpose.

Because I’ve lived the burnout. I’ve felt the breakdown.

And I know what it takes to rebuild from a place of truth — not just talent.
