From the beauty boardroom to the front lines of a family crisis, here’s why I walked away from everything to lead a confidence revolution.
Hi, I’m Elyse (pronounced A-lease) and I know what it’s like to look wildly successful on paper while secretly feeling anything but confident on the inside.
For nearly 15 years, I worked at the highest levels of the beauty industry - leading product development, marketing, innovation, and brand strategy for powerhouse brands like Estée Lauder.
From high-pressure boardrooms to global campaigns, I was all in.
Helping women feel confident through the products we created was my mission and chasing the next title, the next win, the next version of “enough” was my norm.
But behind the scenes, I was burning out.
Overachieving. Perfectionism. People-pleasing. Quietly exhausting myself to prove I was worthy of every seat I earned.
Then life threw me a curveball that changed everything.
While I was on a business trip in Milan, I got a call that my dad was sick. He was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and suddenly, the 3-hour commute, the midnight emails, the constant proving…none of it mattered.
That was my wake-up call.
Because no amount of lipstick, promotion, or praise could fix what was happening inside.
That moment forced me to confront a truth I had been avoiding: The confidence I was helping women find through beauty products was only ever skin-deep.
Whether I’m guiding a woman through a bold career move, designing a custom confidence workshop for a corporate team, getting junior teams ready to confidently present to Sephora/ULTA, or leading a transformational retreat - my work is always about the same thing: Helping women stop shrinking to fit spaces they’ve outgrown and step fully into the success, leadership, and life they deserve.
Through 1:1 coaching, keynotes, consulting, and my globally ranked podcast The Confidence Lounge, I’ve helped thousands of women quiet self-doubt, silence perfectionism, and reconnect with the power they were born with.
I’ve lived the burnout.
I’ve felt the breakdown.
And I know what it takes to rise with clarity, courage, and confidence that lasts.
This work is personal.
It’s powerful.
And it’s my purpose.
Welcome to the Confidence Revolution.Â
I am so happy you are here with me.Â
Now - Let's get to work.Â
