Hi, I’m Elyse Conroy - Confidence Coach & Career Strategist for women in the beauty industry.

After 15+ years in beauty (Estée Lauder, Smashbox, Orly + more), I know firsthand what it feels like to be ambitious, talented, and still wonder, “What’s next for me?”

I built Beauty Career Lab because too many brilliant women are sitting on their potential - stuck between their current role and the career they really want.

This space was created to change that.
